[Use Instruction]
1. Cook noodles in water until boiling, simmer for 8 minutes then pour out the water.
2. Re-fill 400 ml of water, add boiled noodles into water then add snail soup, sour bamboo shoots, sour bean, black fungus, dried radish and boil together. Add the chili oil, peanut, and yuba and stir well (With the chili oil and vinegar please add according to personal taste).
Dry Noodle Method∶ Boil the noodles in water until boiling, boil over medium heat for 8 minutes, and pour out the water. Add water and boil noodle for another 1-2 minutes then remove the water, add ingredients and stir well (chili oil, vinegar, please add according to personal taste).
