Quick & Easy Method
1. Place rice noodles in a cooking pot, add 500ml cool water, bring water to a boil. Once boiling, let noodles cook for 1 minute. Turn off the heat and cover the lid, simmer according to personal taste for 1-2 minutes, strain the water when done.
2. Add all the seasoning together with the noodles (You may adjust according to personal taste) in appropriate amount of boiling water, stir evenly before eating.
Proper Cooking Method
1. Place rice noodles in a cooking pot, add 500ml cool water, bring water to a boil. Once boiling, let noodles cook for 1 minute. Turn off the heat and cover the lid, simmer according to personal taste for 1-2 minutes, strain the water when done.
2. Add all the ingredient bags (excluding pickled vegetable) to 400ml-500ml of water and cook over medium low heat for 3-5 minutes.
3. Pour the soup into a bowl with the noodles then place the pickled vegetables. Stir evenly before eating.
