《虫草补肺汤》
成分：虫草花、广西虫草、玉竹、淮山、元肉、杞子、党参
功效：润肺止咳、调节免疫力、抗氧养颜
煮法：将药材洗净，倒入锅中。加入3L水量，大火煲至沸腾后转小火熬2小时。肉类和盐可自行斟酌份量。
《Chong Cao Bu Fei Soup》
Ingredients: Chong Cao Hua, Guang Xi Chong Cao, Yu Zhu, Huai Shan, Yuan Rou, Qi Zi, Dang Shen
Benefits: Nourish lung and relieve cough, regulate immune system, antioxidant and promote beauty.
Preparation: Clean all the herbs and put them into a pot with 3L of water. Boil it for 2 hours then season it with salt. You may boil it with meat as your preference.
