《生津润喉茶》
成分：桂花、雪梨片、胎菊、甘草
功效：滋阴润肺，润咽喉，养胃生津，适合喉咙、嘴唇和皮肤易干燥
用法：将一小包花茶放入保温壶中加300-400ml热水静置20分钟后即可，如觉得味道偏淡可加入少许冰糖/甜菊叶调味。可重复加热水饮用止无味。
《Sheng Jin Run Hou Tea》
Ingredients: Dried Osmanthus Flower, Dried Pear Slice, Chrysanthemum, Gan Cao
Benefits: Nourishes the yin and lungs, moisturise the throat, nourishes the stomach and produces fluids, suitable for dry lips, skin and throat
Usage: Put a small packet of scented tea in a heat preservation pot with 300-400ml hot water and let it stand for 20 minutes. If the taste is too light for you, add a little rock sugar/stevia leaf for flavor. It can be reheated for drinking until tasteless.
