《Ming Mu Qing Xin Tea》
Ingredients: Pang Da Hai, Luo Shen Hua, Goji Berry, Chrysanthemum
Benefits: Improve eyesight, produce body fluids to quench thirst, to clear the lungs and nourish the throat
You may add rock sugar or stevia leaves as your preference.
Usage: Put a small packet of scented tea in a heat preservation pot with 300-400ml hot water and let it stand for 20 minutes. If the taste is too light for you, add a little rock sugar/stevia leaf for flavor. It can be reheated for drinking until tasteless.
