《养阴八珍汤》
成分：地骨皮、麦冬、蜜枣、归片、黑枣、党参、白术、白芍、炙甘草、川芎、熟地
功效：健脾益气、调理身体、滋阴补血
煮法：将药材洗净，倒入锅中。加入1.5L水量，大火煲至沸腾后转小火熬2小时。肉类和盐可自行斟酌份量。
《Yang Yin Ba Zhen Tang》
Ingredients: Di Gu Pi, Mai Dong, Mi Zao, Gui Pian, Hei Zao, Dang Shen, Bai Zhu, Bai Shao, Zhi Gan Cao, Chuan Xiong, Shu Di.
Benefits: Invigorate spleen and benefit qi, regulate body, nourish yin and tonify blood.
Preparation: Clean all the herbs and put them into a pot with 1.5L of water. Boil it for 2 hours then season it with salt. You may boil it with meat as your preference.
