《健脾安神糖水》
成分:杞子,龙眼,百合,白莲子,双莲子,红枣
功效:健脾补血,安神助眠
煮法:把所有材料洗净,红枣去核,放入锅内加2-2.5L水煲一小时即可。可斟酌加入适量冰糖。
